What Will Happen Next

Upon receiving your complaint, I will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after receiving it.
  2. Review the information provided and investigate the matter.
  3. Contact you if further information is required.
  4. Provide a written response outlining the outcome of my investigation and any actions taken.

I aim to resolve complaints as promptly as possible.

Confidentiality

Any complaint received will be handled confidentially and only information necessary to investigate and respond to the complaint will be used.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

If you are not satisfied with my response, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent authority for data protection.
